Join the Finco Group's Relief Effort by Donating

To fund part of the housing project, the FINCO Group appeals for donations from our overseas clients, principals, and friends, who wish to provide assistance to the survivors of the tsunami catastrophe. A separate fund for receipts of donations and disbursements has been set up. This fund would be managed by NDB Investment Bank (a subsidiary of the National Development Bank of Sri Lanka) which has consented to associate with our Group as the Fund Manager. Two bank accounts have been opened at NDB for collection and disbursement of funds.

The housing scheme's site layout plan will be made available as soon as the land allocation is finalised.

You can donate funds for one or more units, based on the plots set out in the plan.

The community centre will have a plaque with names of the principal donors.

The following accounts have been made available to accept donations:

For Overseas Donors
A Foreign Currency Account in the name of “Orient Garments Limited Tsunami Resettlement Account (No. 500081001815)“.

For Local Donors
A Local Currency Account in the name of “Finco Limited Tsunami Resettlement Account (No. 900001012667)“.

Orient Garments Limited is an Associate of the Finco Group, and is a Sri Lanka Board of Investments approved Company authorized to operate foreign currency accounts. NDB Investment Bank will administer the fund account and make disbursements based on the progress of construction subject to certification by a reputed Chartered Quantity Surveyor. Accounts of fund utilization would also be made available to the donors on request.
