has 04 modern self-contained factory units providing for
18 production lines having over 1,200 machines including
a full complement of cutting and finishing equipment. Seam
sealing machines
to produce high quality up market seam sealed garments have
also been installed.The total production capacity of these
04 factory units is approximately 100,000 pcs per month,
and the annual turnover is over US$ 20 Million.

OGL’s
factory buildings are constructed to conform to the requirements
of up market buyers. We have also introduced to our factory
units the 5S Engineering System and a code of conduct with
regard to employment ethics, health and safety practices,
which are strictly enforced at all factory units. Work study
units have also been set up at each of these factories.
